A leading technology firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Lead. This role is responsible for optimizing workforce management processes using UKG Pro, focusing on Time & Attendance, payroll integration, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in Workforce Management with strong expertise in UKG Pro, and will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive compliance and efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Workforce Management, HCM, or Payroll with strong UKG Pro expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Time & Attendance and Workforce Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Hire–to–Retire processes and labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead UKG Pro WFM design and implementation for Time & Attendance and scheduling.
• Partner with Payroll teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Drive workforce planning and productivity analysis aligned with business goals.
