Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Workforce Forecasting Manager. You will lead forecasting strategy to keep Customer Service teams ready to deliver legendary experiences across North America.

Responsibilities include building data-driven forecasts, developing the WFM team, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to align staffing with demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role.
• 3+ years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven workforce forecasts that support Customer Service across North America.
• Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Partner with Customer Service leaders to align staffing with demand and trends.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting.
