Job summary

Uline is seeking a Workforce Forecasting Manager to lead data-driven forecasting for North America Customer Service teams. You will guide the WFM Forecasting team, collaborate with Service leaders and cross-functional partners to align staffing with demand and strategic trends, and continuously improve forecasting accuracy across locations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in WFM leadership, and strong Excel/data analysis skills, with on-site responsibilities at multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role.
• 3+ years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven workforce forecasts that help Customer Service teams across North America.
• Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team, driving collaboration and high performance.
• Partner with leaders to align staffing strategies with demand and business trends.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting with actionable recommendations.
