What’s a typical day as Workforce Development Specialist 2? You’ll be:

• Monitoring and responding to Workforce Development shared mailbox inquiries during U.S. business hours, ensuring timely and professional customer communications.
• Researching and resolving customer requests using established procedures while escalating issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Analyzing mailbox inquiries and operational support activities to identify automation opportunities and developing AI-assisted solutions to improve service delivery.
