Schedule : M–Th, 5A-3PM

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies and final products in Tool and Head departments
• Conduct functional tests, quality checks, and ensure on-time delivery
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean 6S work environment
• Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Assemble components using hand, air-driven, battery tools, arbor presses, and hand trucks
• Install electrical components: switches, sensors, connectors, wiring harnesses
• Verify dimensions, alignment, and functionality of parts
• Perform mechanical adjustments and alignments
• Conduct visual inspections for quality; identify and address defects
• Record daily production data, document processes/test results/quality issues
• Assist in training less qualified teammates
• Communicate effectively with coworkers

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of electrical/mechanical assembly experience
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to interpret assembly instructions and drawings
• Ability to perform essential physical and job duties (accommodations available)
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Experience/Certifications

• Familiarity with operating tests and quality checklists
• Use of feeler gauges and common hand tools
• Exposure to 6S workplace standards
• Demonstrated adaptability, attention to detail, communication, and integrity
