Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Workforce Development & Operational Readiness Specialist for the Elliot Access Center in Manchester, NH. This full-time, hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote work, typically three days a week onsite and two remote, with a schedule of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

You will lead training initiatives, knowledge management, and operational improvements, partnering with leadership, IT, and clinical teams to standardize processes, develop staff

Job Description:

Workforce Development & Operational Readiness Specialist - Elliot Access Center

Full Time 830AM-5PM Monday-Friday | Hybrid schedule, typically 3 days onsite and 2 remote. But must be flexible based on company need. Primary location: 1070 Holt Ave Manchester NH but flexibility to travel to other Elliot locations as needed.

Position Summary:

The Workforce Development and Operational Readiness Specialist oversees workforce development, knowledge management, workflow optimization, operational readiness, and project coordination aligned with the Elliot Access Center's strategic and operational goals. This role collaborates with leadership, operational teams, IT, clinical stakeholders, and supports departments to build staff skills, standardize processes, improve operational performance, and implement organizational initiatives.

The Specialist serves as a key resource for training, change management, knowledge sharing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role fosters a culture of learning, accountability, service quality, and ongoing professional development.

The Specialist translates operational priorities, workflow needs, and organizational initiatives into sustainable solutions for training, knowledge management, process enhancement, and workforce growth. This role reports directly to the Director of Access Operations and Service Coordination.

What You'll Need

• Although a Bachelors Degree is preferred, we would take a min education of High School coupled with the right experience for this position!
• Project Management Certification is preferred. Epic Patient Access Operations Certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, training and development, workflow improvement, project management, and knowledge of managing data driven decisions.

M-F 8:30-5:00
