Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is hiring a Workforce Development & Operational Readiness Specialist for the Elliot Access Center. The role focuses on staff training, knowledge management, and optimizing workflows across locations to align with strategic goals.

The Specialist supports change management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Director of Access Operations and Service Coordination. Hybrid schedule with some onsite travel.

Formación

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Project Management Certification preferred; Epic Patient Access Operations Certification within 12 months.
• At least 2 years in healthcare operations, training and development, workflow improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Training and workforce development for staff.
• Manage knowledge sharing and standard work documentation.
• Lead workflow optimization and operational readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate projects and support leadership across departments.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and support decision making.
• Schedule and coordinate with locations; travel as needed.
