Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a Workforce Development & Operational Readiness Specialist at the Elliot Access Center in Manchester, NH. This full-time role follows a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) with hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting to the Director of Access Operations and Service Coordination.

You will lead training and workforce development, knowledge management, workflow optimization, and project coordination to support organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; or High School diploma with relevant experience.
• Epic Patient Access Operations Certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, training and development, workflow improvement, project management, and data-driven decision making.
