Job summary

SolutionHealth in Manchester, NH seeks a Workforce Development & Operational Readiness Specialist to lead training, knowledge management, and workflow improvement at the Elliot Access Center. This full-time, hybrid role combines onsite collaboration with remote work to support staff development and operational excellence.

You’ll partner with leadership, IT, and clinical teams to standardize processes, drive data-driven decisions, and coordinate projects under the Director of Access Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience accepted.
• Project Management Certification preferred; Epic Certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare operations, training and development, workflow improvement, and data-driven decision experience.
