Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives across markets and lines of business. This role translates complex data into staffing and financial recommendations and partners with leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal staffing.

The position requires collaboration across Analytics, Finance, Strategy, IT, and operations, with a focus on delivering enterprise-wide analytics projects and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in general business, analytics or IT.
• Experience in technology product ownership, development, deployment, and user adoption preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools, including PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, or related tools preferred.
• Experience in organizational performance management, continuous improvement and customer feedback mechanisms, or change management preferred.
• Experience in communication and change management, learning and development, or human resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of analytics projects and workforce capacity initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with business leaders to assess staffing and capacity needs and align analytics with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between plans and business units.
• Research business problems and identify enterprise solutions.
• Provide product ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends, and capacity indicators.
