Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, computer science, IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, IT, or general business.
• Experience in technology product ownership, development, deployment, and user adoption preferred.
• Experience with organizational performance management, continuous improvement or change management preferred.
• Experience in communication, change management, learning and development, or HR preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise-wide analytics projects including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and translate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with business leaders to assess market needs and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between state plans and business units.
• Research business problems and propose enterprise solutions.
• Provide product ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends, and capacity indicators.
