August Health in San Francisco seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join our data team and empower Customer Success with data-driven insights. You’ll translate customer data into strategic narratives that simplify workflows, reduce admin burden, and help caregivers focus on resident care.

You'll design scalable dashboards and reports, own analytics projects end-to-end, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to advance our analytics roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of data analyst experience with advanced SQL skills.
• Track record of owning analytics projects from ambiguous ask to shipped insight.
• Solid understanding of statistics for practical business applications.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with examples of helping customers meet goals.
• Experience presenting to external stakeholders and working with customers.
• Understanding of data structures, privacy, and responsible data stewardship.

Aufgaben

• Lead deep-dive analyses on customer data to surface opportunities to support caregivers and streamline workflows.
• Design and own scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations for the Customer Success org.
• Partner with Customer Success on QBRs, customer meetings, and strategic initiatives.
• Present findings to customers and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Define and drive scalable data processes and analytics best practices; influence roadmap with Product/Engineering.
• Understand senior living operations and caregiver workflows to identify pain points.
