Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven Manager, Business Analysis, Workforce Initiatives, Data & Analytics to lead workforce intelligence and analytics initiatives that support enterprise workforce planning and program effectiveness.

This role owns the data ecosystem across Workday, ATS, LearningHub, Sophia, and other platforms, partnering with HR, IT, Operations, and external vendors to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, information systems, statistics, economics, finance, CS, math, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, workforce analytics, BI, data strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise data initiatives and reporting transformation.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or related visualization tools.
• Strong SQL expertise and data management.
• Experience with data governance and data quality programs.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and influence decisions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analytics and BI strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards and KPIs to measure outcomes.
• Provide data storytelling to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce outcomes and hiring conversions.
• Measure outcomes like participant engagement and program effectiveness.
• Own the Workforce Initiatives data ecosystem and reporting environment.
• Lead data governance and data integration across systems like Workday and ATS.
• Develop scalable data architectures to support analytics needs.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in data reporting.
• Partner with HR, IT, Operations and vendors to optimize data flows.
• Present findings to senior leadership and mentor team members.
