Job summary

UChicago Medicine is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Analytics and Insights to lead advanced workforce analytics, dashboards, and data solutions. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights that influence organizational decisions.

This role focuses on data integration, quality, and scalable reporting within HR Information Technology & Insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of HR analytics, workforce reporting, BI, data management, or related field with lead analytics experience.
Advanced proficiency with SQL, enterprise reporting and data visualization tools, relational data models, and large datasets.
Strong knowledge of workforce metrics, data quality, validation and reconciliation practices.
Ability to translate analysis into actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver complex workforce analytics, dashboards, reports, and data solutions for HR and organizational decision-making.
Integrate data from multiple HR and business systems and automate reporting processes where possible.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across key workforce areas and translate findings into recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, reconciliation, and documentation across analytics outputs.
Develop and maintain workforce datasets, queries, data models, and analytical solutions with appropriate governance.
Provide guidance and quality review to analysts and contribute to best practices across the team.
