Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT; healthcare or statistics related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, IT, or general business; healthcare or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in technology product ownership, deployment, and user adoption preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools including PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related tools preferred.
• Experience in organizational performance management, continuous improvement and change management preferred.
• Experience in communication and change management, learning and development, or HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise analytics projects, including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts, translating goals into actionable solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally at all levels and communicate findings to non-technical business partners.
• Independently engage with leaders to understand market needs, evaluate capacity requirements, and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team project collaboration between plans and business units.
• Research key business problems and proactively identify enterprise solutions.
• Provide product ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools and technology.
• Support analytics performance by monitoring SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends, and capacity indicators.
