Job summary

Centene is seeking a data analytics professional to manage workforce capacity planning across markets and lines of business. You will build staffing models using historical volume, membership forecasts, productivity, and processing times, and partner with leaders to translate data into staffing and financial recommendations.

Required: Bachelor's in a related field, 4+ years in analytics or IT (healthcare/consulting preferred), and advanced Excel plus Power BI/SQL/Tableau/Alteryx/SAS proficiency.

What We're Looking For:
