Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives across markets and lines of business. This role creates staffing models using historical data, forecasts, and operational metrics to determine needs and optimize staffing decisions.

You will partner with leaders to translate complex data into clear staffing and financial recommendations, ensuring regulatory and business objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years in analytics, IT, or business with healthcare or consulting preferred.
• Experience with technology product ownership, deployment, and user adoption preferred.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related tools preferred.
• Experience in performance management, change management, or HR related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics projects including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives.
• Translate goals into actionable solutions and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with leaders to align analytic capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Foster cross-team collaboration between state plans and business units.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends, and capacity indicators.
• Provide ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
