Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks a Manager of Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives across markets. You will translate data into staffing and financial recommendations, partnering with leaders to ensure proper staffing aligned with regulatory needs.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills, plus experience driving enterprise analytics projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
4+ years of experience in general business, analytics or IT.
Healthcare or consulting organization experience preferred.
Experience in technology product ownership, development, deployment, and user adoption preferred.
Experience with analytical tools including PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related tools.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives to support operational performance.
Translate complex data into staffing and financial recommendations for leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytic capabilities with strategic objectives.
Monitor analytics performance, SLAs, and workforce capacity indicators across markets.
