You will build staffing models using historical volume, membership forecasts, productivity, and processing times, and partner with leaders to translate data into staffing and financial recommendations.

Required: Bachelor's in a related field, 4+ years in analytics or IT (healthcare/consulting preferred), and advanced Excel plus Power BI/SQL/Tableau/Alteryx/SAS proficiency.

Qualifications
