Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Workflow Process and Documentation Analyst to maintain version-controlled histories of policy changes and assist in testing and implementing core systems. The role supports Title Administration, Post Funding, and Resolutions teams and collaborates with Compliance to embed quality measures.

The position requires a high school diploma (GED) with preferred Bachelor in Business Admin.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Detail oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Business Operational Procedures for Title Administration and Post Funding and Resolutions teams.
• Manage the systemic library version control and approvals of all process flows, policies and procedures.
• Perform business reviews and audits to ensure compliance with policies and state/federal guidelines.
• Assist owners with identifying process improvements and implementing changes.
• Engage Compliance to embed Critical to Compliance Quality measures and monthly reporting.
• Support test case development, UAT, troubleshooting, and reporting.
