Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Senior Technical Administrator to ensure reliability, security, and performance of core Servicing Platforms across the organization. You will provide advanced technical support and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance system capabilities and compliance.

The role requires hands-on system administration, strong documentation skills, and experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical, administrative, or related business systems role.
• Hands-on experience with system administration, configuration, access control, and platform maintenance.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems in financial services or auto lending is preferred.
• Prior experience developing system documentation, training materials, or knowledge-base content is a plus.
• Relevant technical certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise Servicing Systems (e.g., Loan Manager, Defi Servicing, Salesforce, SharePoint, infrastructure platforms).
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues with a customer-focused approach.
• Perform routine system health checks, audits, backups, and performance monitoring to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Manage user access, permissions, and role-based controls in alignment with security and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with Servicing, Originations, Dealer Services, Accounting, and Compliance teams to understand needs and implement operational system improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors on enhancement requests, testing, deployment activities, and ongoing platform support.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting; mentor junior administrators and analysts.
• Support system updates, releases, and compliance initiatives (SOX, PCI-DSS, audits) while identifying opportunities to automate or streamline workflows.
• Perform additional duties as business needs evolve.
