Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Quality and Process Control to lead QA, training, SOP development, and audit reporting across Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding. This role oversees QA and workflow teams and owns training programs and UAT for new systems and processes.

The position drives continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational readiness. In-office presence is required with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Control team and monthly audits across Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding.
• Develop and deliver training materials, SOPs, and workflow documentation for the teams.
• Analyze audit results, publish findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with leaders to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Coordinate and perform UAT for new systems and workflows.
• Provide project oversight for new technologies and process changes.
• Drive continuous improvement to quality and efficiency.
• Assist day-to-day operations as needed.
