Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services US seeks a Manager, Quality and Process Control to lead QA, training, SOP documentation, and UAT across Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding operations. The role oversees QA teams and drives continuous improvement in processes and customer outcomes.

The position ensures compliance, operational readiness, and documentation accuracy while supporting strategic initiatives and employee development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in title administration, collateral management, post funding operations, quality control, training, or related financial services operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, training programs, quality assurance functions, or operational initiatives.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, SOPs, training materials, audit programs, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Quality Control team and oversees monthly audits of Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding functions to ensure compliance, quality, and adherence to established procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs, training materials, SOPs, job aids, and workflow documentation for all Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding team members.
• Analyze audit results, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and publish quality control findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems, technology enhancements, workflows, and operational processes.
• Provide project oversight and operational support for new technologies, process changes, and strategic initiatives impacting Titles, Collateral, and Post Funding operations.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational consistency, employee readiness, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Assist with the oversight of day-to-day Titles, Collateral and Post Funding operations as needed.
