Qualifications

• 5+ years auto finance experience in funding or titles processing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze account documents for title releases, state changes, collateral, repos, SOCs, unwinds, and VIN corrections per guidelines.
• Review and verify accuracy of completed documents and system notes.
• Communicate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Apply policies and guidelines to resolve issues and ensure quality.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Maintain familiarity with Titles/Post Funding policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality due to access to personal information.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
