Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Jr. System and Reporting Administrator to document and support cross-functional communication and to capture requirements for changes.

You will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the department’s reporting systems, and build dynamic PivotTable-based reports for title and collateral processes. The role requires strong Excel/Access/Query skills, familiarity with SQL and Tableau, and the ability to collaborate with IT, business

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 1-year relevant technical experience in auto finance or similar.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulatory guidelines (ECOA, Fair Lending, CRA, FCRA).
• Advanced experience with MS Excel, MS Access, MS Query, SQL queries, Visio and JavaScript or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Document and support cross-functional communication; capture requirements for changes.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of department reporting systems.
• Create dynamic reports with PivotTables for title follow-up and related processes.
• Manage large datasets using Excel functions (IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP).
• Coordinate with IT, Business Unit, and third-party vendors; test applications and user acceptance.
• Automate business processes and workflows within information systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive consumer data.
