Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present information to diverse audiences.
• Proven persuasive writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolution.
• Conduct legal research and demonstrate strong legal writing and presentation skills.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other documents.
• Attend court events, depositions, and other appointments independently.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and claim partners.
