Job summary

Hopebridge seeks a Workers’ Compensation Specialist to ensure OSHA, EPA and related regulatory compliance. You will audit practices, maintain injury records, manage claims intake, and coordinate with insurers to support fair and timely benefits while reducing risk.

You will develop and implement safety programs, monitor clinic practices, track incidents, and partner with leadership to foster a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field.
• 3–5 years of EHS or workplace safety experience.
• CSP, OSHA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations and regulations.
• Maintain safety records, permits and documentation.
• Handle claims intake and coordinate with insurers for treatment plans and evidence.
• Manage confidential injury case files and monitor timelines.
• Develop and implement safety programs to prevent injuries.
