Job summary

Talentcare, LLC is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Specialist to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state and local safety regulations. The role focuses on audits, injury and illness records, and risk management to support fair benefit distribution and regulatory compliance.

You will lead safety program development, coordinate claims intake and medical evidence with insurers, manage confidential case files, and promote a culture of safety across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, occupational safety, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management or workplace safety.
• Preferred CSP, OSHA, or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organization compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations; maintain records and educate staff.
• Oversee audits, inspections, investigations, and remediation support.
• File and manage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate with insurers and TPAs.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs, injury prevention, and training.
• Monitor clinic practices, track safety metrics, and drive corrective actions.
