Job summary

Integrecruiting seeks a Safety Administrator for a manufacturing site focused on Workers’ Compensation, occupational health, and plant safety. You will manage the claims process from initial filing through recovery and return to work, working with employees, medical providers, supervisors, and safety leadership.

The role supports OSHA compliance, safety programs, training, medical surveillance, and safety administration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of safety, workers’ compensation, or occupational health experience.
• Experience with workers’ compensation claims management.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Workers’ Compensation program.
• Enter and maintain Workers’ Compensation claims and documentation.
• Track claim status and follow cases through resolution.
• Coordinate and maintain an effective light-duty / return-to-work program.
• Assist with OSHA compliance, safety policies and procedures.
• Support safety training and safety audits.
