Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases from inception through trial/hearing & appeal.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and motions.
• Draft pleadings, discovery and other documents; attend court events and depositions.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and claim partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Utilize technology and case management systems effectively and travel as needed.
