Crawford & Company is seeking a seasoned Claims Supervisor in Las Vegas to oversee workers' compensation investigations, management, and timely disposition within our service center. You will support the VP of Claims and ensure alignment with carrier guidelines while driving staff performance and process efficiency.

The role requires supervisory experience, deep insurance knowledge, and excellent communication to coach a team of claim examiners and support staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five or more years of progressive experience as a Claim Examiner, or the equivalent, demonstrating the technical expertise to handle the most complex cases with a high degree of judgment and discretion.
• Previous supervisory experience desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability and good mathematical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Sets and communicates performance standards; conducts appraisals and administers actions per HR policies.
• Reviews and assigns losses to examiners; ensures directives are followed and productivity is optimized.
• Coaches staff on investigations, reserve evaluations, and settlement techniques; ensures compliance.
