Lead claim examiners, balance workloads, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to internal and external standards. Strong communication and insurance knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five or more years of progressive experience as a Claim Examiner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability and mathematical aptitude.
• Strong supervisory and staff development capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Sets performance standards and administers HR actions per policy.
• Reviews losses, assigns to claim examiners and ensures balanced workloads.
• Coaches staff on investigations, reserving, settlements; ensures compliance.
• Keeps VP/AVP informed; coordinates training and client reviews.
