Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead in California to drive the Time Tracking workstream on complex global implementations. You will define workplans, manage budgets and resources, and resolve issues while aligning with client goals and industry best practices.

You will architect cohesive Workday solutions, mentor teams, and provide guidance on regulatory reporting and year-end activities. Travel up to 100% may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required
• Minimum of 3 years consulting experience, at Sr. Consultant level or similar
• Minimum of 3 years Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations
• Minimum of 1 year Education or Government experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project
• Create workplans for large global engagements, manage risk, budgets, resources and client relationships
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues
• Work with clients to support new requirements in Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling
• Create/Update Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes
• Provide support for legal/regulatory reports in Workday
• Support year-end reporting and activities in Workday
• Manage small on/offshore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks and options with recommended mitigations
• Architect cohesive Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options via prototyping
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
• Provide Project Manager with status updates
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management
• Support innovation with new methods and assets
• Travel may be required up to 100% depending on business needs
