Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant in California to join our cloud advisory team. You will lead or support the Time Tracking workstream on global Workday implementations, and collaborate with finance, HR, analytics, and planning functions to optimize processes.

You will help create workplans, manage risks and resources, and implement configuration changes while providing guidance on industry best practices and standards for clients.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience, Sr. Consultant level.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, manage risk, budget, and resources.
• Research and resolve Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues daily.
• Configure Workday based on changing requirements and provide support for reporting.
