Job summary

AMERICAN, a Birmingham-based manufacturer, seeks an HRMS Time and Attendance Analyst to design, test, and maintain timekeeping and attendance within Workday. You will lead configuration, testing, and ongoing support to ensure payroll accuracy and policy compliance across the organization.

You will assist with migrating timekeeping from legacy systems into Workday, validate data, and collaborate with departments to improve processes and deliver reliable system support and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 2+ years supporting timekeeping, absence/attendance, or payroll in Workday.
• Knowledge of overtime rules, accruals, and leave plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and office software.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday time tracking and attendance.
• Assist with data validation and payroll accuracy during data migration.
