Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking SME to join our Continuous Service Team and provide AMS support to our clients. This part-time, contract role is 100% remote and requires Workday Partner Certification.

• Must be Workday Partner Certified.
• Experience with Workday AMS support, ideally from the partner side.
• Ability to lead AMS delivery across multiple clients and mentor junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMS delivery for the Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking area across multiple clients.
• Manage support for functional areas, ensuring timely triage and resolution of issues and enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
