Job summary

Ramp seeks a Technical Consultant focused on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers running Workday. You will define financial and technical success criteria, design scalable Workday integrations, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to evolve Ramp’s capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Activation, Account Management, and Post-Sales teams to guide implementations, address complex Workday configurations, and drive faster value for large, multi-entity customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting or similar customer-facing technical role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Workday including integration patterns.
• Deep familiarity with Workday finance and accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Ability to influence roadmap with product and engineering teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise Workday accounts.
• Advise customers and Ramp teams on Workday integration and system design.
• Assess requirements with Activation and Account Management for scalable Workday solutions.
• Support onboarding and implementation teams to accelerate time-to-value.
• Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and guide configuration.
• Contribute to Ramp documentation and tooling for Workday use cases.
• Influence product roadmap with Workday feedback to Product and Engineering.
