Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations and financial workflows. You will act as the technical and financial SME, guiding customers and Ramp teams from onboarding through activation and expansion.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to evolve Ramp's integration capabilities and ensure scalable, high-value implementations for multi-entity ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financial modules and integration patterns.
• Deep familiarity with Oracle Fusion finance workflows (GL, AP, SLC, multi-org).
• Strong API, integration logic, and system-architecture knowledge; able to explain to finance/ops stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion, supporting multi-entity ERP environments.
• Advise customers and Ramp teams on Oracle Fusion integration, configuration, and scalable system design.
• Collaborate with Activation & Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Partner with onboarding and implementation leads to support technical workstreams and faster value realization.
• Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
• Contribute to documentation and tooling to scale Oracle Fusion integration use cases.
• Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling customer pain points to Product/Engineering.
