Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise customers using Workday. You will partner with Customer Activation and Account Management to design, implement, and optimize Workday integrations and financial workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to evolve Ramp for large, multi-entity environments. You will define success criteria from onboarding through expansion, acting as a technical and financial SME, and guiding customers

Qualifications

4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS/fintech.
3+ years hands-on Workday experience including integration patterns and deployment models.
Deep familiarity with Workday finance and accounting workflows (GL, AP, financial dimensions).
Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts to business value.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise Workday accounts with multi-entity environments.
Advise customers and internal teams on Workday integration, configuration, and system design.
Collaborate with activation and account teams to propose scalable Workday-based solutions.
Support technical workstreams to ensure faster time-to-value and customer success.
Troubleshoot Workday integration blockers and guide complex configuration decisions.
Influence product roadmap by surfacing Workday pain points to Product/Engineering.
