Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio, and Projects.

You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module, partnering with the HCM Manager to translate architectural decisions into reliable Workday configurations. You will proactively identify data quality issues and process gaps, elevating changes within the architecture, while ensuring audit readiness and continuous improvement of Nava's Workday environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Studio and integration development experience (EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs/Web Services).
• Ability to learn and administer the Projects module within the Finance SKU.
• Experience with system integrations and API management.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Workday Business Processes, rules, and notifications.
• Administer Workday security changes and perform access reviews.
• Build and maintain standard/custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Perform data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates per standards.
• Monitor Workday releases and perform impact analysis, testing, and UAT coordination.
• Provide first-line technical support and end-user training.
• Own incidents and service requests from intake to resolution.
• Assist internal/external audits related to Workday configuration and data.
