Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Workday Administrator specializing in Integrations, Studio & Projects to maintain reliable configurations and drive improvements across the Workday ecosystem.

This role collaborates with the HCM Manager to translate architectural decisions into scalable solutions that support government clients and internal teams. You'll own integrations, develop Studio components, and lead Projects module activities, while proactively identifying data quality issues,

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
Workday HCM certification required.
Experience with system integrations and API management.
Ability to configure BP, security, and reporting across modules.
Strong problem-solving and data quality focus.

Responsibilities

Monitor inbound and outbound Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors).
Administer Workday Studio integrations and Projects module.
Configure security roles and access reviews.
Build reports and dashboards for operations.
Support data loads and data reconciliation.
Coordinate UAT and respond to incidents.
