Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is hiring a Workday Administrator focused on Integrations, Studio, and the Projects module. You will own integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module configuration, reporting, and security to support Nava’s HR and finance workflows.

You will partner with other Workday Administrators and the HCM Manager to keep the environment reliable, audit-ready, and continuously improving, with a strong emphasis on data quality, governance, and timely incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on Workday administration experience.
• Workday certification in HCM.
• Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure BPs across multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data loads (EIBs) and data migration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to escalate appropriately within an architecture/governance framework.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Business Processes (BPs), condition rules, and notifications within the HCM architecture.
• Administer Workday security changes; perform access reviews and escalate exceptions.
• Build and maintain standard and custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Conduct data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems.
• Support data loads (EIBs) and mass data updates per standards.
• Monitor Workday releases; perform impact analysis, configuration, and regression testing.
• Provide first‑line technical support and end‑user training.
• Own day‑to‑day Workday incidents and service requests; triage by severity.
• Support audit requests related to Workday configuration and HR data.
• Monitor and support inbound/outbound Workday integrations.
