Job summary

AccruePartners, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Workday Systems Analyst to act as a subject matter expert for Benefits and Payroll, manage vendor integrations, and lead Open Enrollment projects onsite.

You will support HRIS processes, data integrity, testing, and system configuration, collaborating with HR, payroll, and vendors to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business systems analysis, solution design, and deployment.
• 3+ years of post-implementation Workday configuration/implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence modules.
• Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIC, Core Connectors, Integrations). (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday subject matter expert for Benefits, managing vendor integrations and special projects (e.g., Open Enrollment).
• Support Benefits, Absence, and Payroll areas with process improvements, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Collaborate with vendors, HRIS, and payroll teams to resolve data discrepancies and integration issues.
• Assist with system configuration, testing (UAT, vendor testing), and defect management.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, improving workflows, integrations, and data security.
• Maintain documentation for processes, requirements, technical specs, and projects.
• Generate and maintain reports and HR metrics to support business decision-making.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues within Workday.
• Support Workday updates and releases, including testing and educating users on enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance to HRIS and other support teams.
