Job summary

Insperity is seeking a strategic partner and technical expert to deliver scalable Workday reporting and integration solutions across the HRScale ecosystem. You will drive data accessibility, accuracy and usability for internal and external stakeholders, supporting business growth.

The role leads initiatives across reporting, integrations, and governance, mentoring teammates and coordinating with IT, HR, and Finance to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in information systems, analytics, HR tech.
• 3–5 years of Workday reporting and integrations experience.
• Workday certifications in Reporting, Integration Core, and Workday Studio preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Composite Reports.
• Strong knowledge of EIBs, Studio, PECI, BIRT, Orchestrate and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency in SQL, OQL, WQL, XML, XSLT, and OO data structures.
• Experience with data governance, security roles, and privacy compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, and optimization of Workday reports, dashboards, and fields.
• Translates complex requirements into reporting solutions aligned with goals.
• Owns end-to-end lifecycle of reporting requests with documentation and testing.
• Ensures data integrity and SOX compliance.
• Architects and implements Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Orchestrates, and PECI.
• Collaborates with IT, data engineering, and vendors to optimize integration workflows.
• Maintains integration documentation, version control, and audit trails.
• Liaises between HR, Payroll, Finance, and Technology for cross-functional needs.
• Mentors junior team members and contributes to training materials.
• Represents the team in client meetings, sales support, and planning sessions.
• Monitors Workday releases and industry trends for innovation and automation.
• Proposes enhancements to reporting and integration processes for scalability and UX.
• Participates in enterprise-wide data governance and analytics initiatives.
