Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a Workday Reporting and Integration Developer to join the HRIS team in a hybrid environment. You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations and reports that transform Workday data into actionable insights.

You will work with internal stakeholders, partner on testing, ensure data integrity, and stay current with Workday features to deliver scalable solutions across HR modules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years direct applicable experience with Workday configurations and integrating Workday with third-party vendor systems.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Integration Cloud, and Workday Extend.
• Strong proficiency with SOAP and REST web services.
• Experience developing integrations using XML, XSLT, JSON, WWS, RAAS, APIs, Java, and related integration technologies.
• Experience with enterprise integration strategies, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent advanced report writing skills with Prism Analytics and data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support all Workday inbound and outbound integrations leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP), REST APIs, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate.
• Ensure all scheduled integrations perform as expected and troubleshoot as needed.
• Analyze business requirements and develop effective integration solutions.
• Manage interface schedules, monitor integrations to completion, and support file transmission automation and documentation.
• Plan, design and deliver new Workday integrations across modules (HCM, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, etc.).
• Partner with HR and vendor teams for testing and validation (unit, system, UAT).
• Stay engaged on Workday Community for updates and provide technical input on features.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for designed integrations.
• Continuously assess integrations for performance and reduce complexity.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reporting and analytics solutions (reports, prism analytics, discovery boards).
• Manage security requests and implement security policies for new integrations.
