Job summary

Pozent Corporation in Chicago, IL seeks a Workday Reporting specialist to design, develop, and optimize reports across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Financials, and to support complex Calculated Fields and Hub integrations.

You will gather requirements from stakeholders, validate report accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting enhancements and reliable enterprise analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, custom) across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Financials and Hub integrations.
• Experience with BIRT Reporting, Power BI or other enterprise reporting/visualization platforms is preferred.

Support and enhance the enterprise Workday platform by developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports and integrations. The role focuses on delivering accurate reporting solutions to support HR, Payroll, Finance, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and custom reports.
• Create and maintain complex Calculated Fields to support reporting requirements.
• Develop reporting solutions across Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Financials.
• Design and support Workday Hub integrations and reporting processes.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot reporting and integration issues.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver reporting enhancements.

Skills - Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and custom reports, with reporting as the primary area of expertise. Proven experience designing complex Calculated Fields and supporting reporting across Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Financials (FINSCM), and Workday Hub integrations.
• Experience with BIRT Reporting, Power BI, or other enterprise reporting and visualization platforms. Knowledge of reporting best practices, analytics, and dashboard development is preferred.
