Job summary

Insperity is seeking a Senior Product Manager - HRScale to shape the next growth phase of its flagship up-market HCM solution. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution across Workday partnership, technology, and service delivery, driving client value and scalable operations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to align product strategy with market needs, define differentiators, and manage investments, pricing, and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, strategy, or service design/delivery.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence in matrixed orgs.
• Strong analytical skills with business case development and trade-off evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Owns HRScale product strategy and multi-horizon roadmaps.
• Guides market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify needs.
• Leads end-to-end product ownership from concept to scale and evolution.
• Drives commercial success metrics, pricing, and go-to-market readiness.
• Collaborates with Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service Operations.
