Job summary

Altera is seeking a Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead to own and scale our Workday integrations, reporting, and analytics as we build our people systems environment as an independent company.

This role serves as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, reporting strategy, data governance, and workforce analytics, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, business-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday HCM experience, with focus specifically on integrations and/or reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT.
• Strong background in Workday report writer, calculated fields, and BIRT/RaaS.
• Understanding of Workday security model as it relates to integrations and reporting.
• Strong Sdata analysis skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Own and scale our Workday integrations, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and enable informed decision-making through accurate workforce data.
