Job summary

Meta is seeking an Integration Engineer to lead and deliver Workday integrations across HR and payroll ecosystems. You will partner with People Engineering to scale business processes and enhance data flows between internal systems and Workday, driving measurable efficiency gains.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, a track record of successful implementations, and a focus on responsible AI practices to ensure quality and unbiased outcomes across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience working in Workday.
• At least one full implementation of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience.
• 6+ years building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• 6+ years experience developing Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
• 6+ years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
• Experience with Workday Extend based applications and orchestrations.
• Demonstrated ability to apply responsible AI practices such as bias mitigation and quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on large collections of Workday integrations.
• Lead design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday integrations.
• Create integration specs, mappings, and lifecycle designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine problem areas and impact.
• Research failures, perform root-cause analyses, and guide strategy.
• Partner with leaders to align objectives and programs.
• Help manage timelines and deliverables in multi-month projects.
• Understand data flows between internal systems and Workday.
• Drive data strategy for people-related data and Workday context.
