Job summary

Family Dollar, part of Dollar Tree, is seeking a Talent Technology Operations Specialist to support Workday Recruiting and related HRIS tooling in Chesapeake, VA. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Workday Recruiting administrator (required).
• Experience administering CRM tools (preferably Phenom).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Workday Recruiting, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and IT teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems; identify and escalation issues as needed.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Support compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
